By downloading, accessing, or using Wizzy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
What Wizzy does
Wizzy helps you review photo clutter, surface duplicates and similar images, identify cleanup opportunities, and organize saved items into smart albums. Wizzy is a productivity tool for managing your library; it does not guarantee perfect classification, perfect similarity matching, or perfect storage estimates.
Your review responsibility
Wizzy is designed around a review-before-delete workflow. You remain responsible for reviewing suggestions, choosing what to keep, and deciding what to delete or export. You should not rely on the app as an autonomous deletion service for irreplaceable content.
Premium features and App Store billing
Wizzy may offer premium features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases through Apple’s App Store. Pricing, billing, renewal, cancellations, and refunds for App Store purchases are handled through Apple according to Apple’s policies and the settings in your Apple account.
For App Store-distributed versions of Wizzy, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement may also apply: Apple standard EULA.
Acceptable use
- Use Wizzy only in ways that are lawful and consistent with these Terms.
- Do not attempt to interfere with the app, reverse engineer restricted parts of it, or misuse diagnostic and monetization flows.
- Do not represent Wizzy as a guaranteed archival or backup solution.
Intellectual property
The Wizzy app, website design, copy, branding, and software are protected by intellectual property laws. Using the app does not transfer ownership of those rights to you.
Disclaimers
Wizzy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect identification of every duplicate or blurry image, or that every suggested cleanup action will match your preferences.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wizzy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data resulting from your own cleanup decisions, misuse of the app, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
Changes to these Terms
Wizzy may update these Terms as the product, billing model, or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
